Terms of use

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms apply to churches using 99Track and to the people on their team who sign in. They’re written to be read.

Price

99Track costs A$15 a month per church, paid by card from Settings → Church. There’s no contract: you can stop at any time and take a copy of your information with you. Churches that joined during the free pilot will get at least 30 days’ notice by email before they’re asked to pay. If the price ever changes, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before.

Your church’s responsibilities

Your information

Your church owns the information it puts in 99Track. We look after it as described in our privacy policy, and only use it to run 99Track for you. Ask any time for a copy, or for it to be deleted.

What we provide

We work hard to keep 99Track reliable, secure and backed up, and we’ll fix problems as quickly as we can. But during the pilot 99Track is provided “as is”: we can’t promise it will never be unavailable or never have a bug, so please don’t rely on it as the only record of anything critical.

Changes and ending

We may improve or change features over time. Either of us can end your church’s use of 99Track at any time. If we ever close 99Track, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice and a copy of your information.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount your church paid for 99Track in the previous 12 months.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
