Everything churches usually ask about 99Track and following up new people.
It comes from Jesus’ parable in Luke 15, where the shepherd leaves the ninety-nine sheep to find the one that’s lost. Every church has its ninety-nine; 99Track helps you go after the one: the first-time visitor, or the person who hasn’t been back. The orange dot in our logo is that one.
Church follow-up software keeps track of the new people a church meets (first-time visitors, people who were prayed with, newcomers at events) and makes sure each one is contacted by someone on the team, at the right time. 99Track does exactly that: it shows who needs a call today, who’s making it, and whether it happened.
Most churches collect a name and phone number or email (often on a welcome or connect card), assign someone to say hello within a day or two, then check in again after a week and a month. 99Track sets up that rhythm for you, reminds the right person each morning, and records every call so nobody is forgotten.
A connect card is how visitors leave their details. 99Track has a digital QR connect card: put the QR code on a screen, a poster or the seats, and visitors fill in a 30-second form on their phone. They appear on your follow-up list straight away, with their permission to be contacted.
No. 99Track does one job, follow-up, and does it simply, so volunteers actually use it. It works alongside whatever else your church uses, and you can download everything as a spreadsheet at any time.
No. Any church, any size, any denomination, anywhere. You choose your own wording, follow-up steps and connection types.
Yes. The Over time view shows each month’s new people and what happened next: how many were contacted, how many within two days, and how many came back, joined a group or started serving. Leaders also get a weekly summary email.
Yes. Every church gets a welcome flyer with its own name, service times and address, and can add its own flyers for events. Your team shares them from their phones or downloads them to print. Nothing is sent automatically.
Yes, with impact trips. Your team adds the people they meet during the trip, kept separate from your own list, then you hand the list to the church you’re helping as a spreadsheet or an image.
No. 99Track runs in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer. On a phone you can add it to your Home Screen so it opens like an app and can send a morning reminder.
Yes, it’s designed for phones first. Volunteers see just the people they’re caring for, tap to call or send a ready-written text, and tap again to mark it done.
Yes. Save your spreadsheet as CSV and import it. You’ll see exactly what will be added first, and people already in 99Track are skipped.
Tick “Do not contact” and they’re removed from every reminder. People who never reply can be moved to a No response list, so the team isn’t chasing them forever.
Small churches are exactly who it’s for. It takes a minute a day, and it means the person who visited three weeks ago still gets a call.
Only your church’s team. Leaders see everyone; volunteers see the people they’re caring for. Each church has its own separate database. Read our privacy policy.
A$15 a month per church, whatever your size: your whole team and as many people as you follow up. No contract; stop any time and take your data with you. Churches that joined during the free pilot get at least 30 days’ notice by email before paying.
Usually one short conversation. We set up your church, then you invite your team and choose your follow-up steps. Most teams are using it the same week.
